Job description
To play key role in strategic marketing planning & execution by leading a team of product managers to achieve business objectives (Target achievement within the given resources) in the assigned therapeutic area working very closely with cross-functional partners, especially sales.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Design innovative marketing strategies for promoting products and ensure their proper implementation.
- Continuously work towards increasing market share by re-examining prevalent market trends and adapting to changing customer needs
- Proactively identify different market segments and develop innovative plans to establish leadership.
- Effectively coordinating with team members and other functions / departments
Experience & Knowledge
Knowledge, Skills & Competencies / Language
- At least 2 Years or more experience in the relevant area.
- Fluency in written and verbal communication (Urdu and English).
- Strong interpersonal and creativity skills
- Energetic and enthusiastic
- Developed analytical and problem-solving abilities
