Job description

Mission statements
To play key role in strategic marketing planning & execution by leading a team of product managers to achieve business objectives (Target achievement within the given resources) in the assigned therapeutic area working very closely with cross-functional partners, especially sales.

Duties & Responsibilities
  • Design innovative marketing strategies for promoting products and ensure their proper implementation.
  • Continuously work towards increasing market share by re-examining prevalent market trends and adapting to changing customer needs
  • Proactively identify different market segments and develop innovative plans to establish leadership.
  • Effectively coordinating with team members and other functions / departments
Product and therapeutic area analysis and sales analysis

Experience & Knowledge
Knowledge, Skills & Competencies / Language
  • At least 2 Years or more experience in the relevant area.
Core competencies 
  • Fluency in written and verbal communication (Urdu and English).
  • Strong interpersonal and creativity skills
  • Energetic and enthusiastic
  • Developed analytical and problem-solving abilities
Willing to travel extensively
